Mentorship materials contain proprietary content and embedded metadata. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or stripping of metadata is strictly prohibited. Tampering with metadata is considered a breach of contract. All materials are digitally tracked for compliance.
20. Identity Verification
Access to our mentorship services requires submission of valid government-issued ID for identity verification. Failure to comply may result in denial of access. We use this process to prevent fraud and ensure a secure learning environment. Your ID is stored in compliance with data protection laws.
21. Proprietary Software License
You may receive access to our proprietary software under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only during the mentorship. Redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations. The software is for educational use only and may include DRM protections. Technical support is available only during active mentorship.
